Mr B Ravi is a renowned Faculty and an Expert in Company Law & Secretarial Practice. He is a Faculty Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a Visiting Faculty Member of Academic Staff College, Madras University and other leading colleges for Men and Women. He held the position of Chairman of the Expert Committee on Company Law and Corporate matters of The Madras Chamber of Commerce for Four Terms. Mr. R.D. Maheshwari is an institution in himself, teaching Corporate and Business Law for last 25 + years to over 25,000 students. He is a M. Com Gold medalist from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Mr A.Irudayam has a Teaching experience of more than 17 years. He was taking Business / Commercial Law classes for CA CPT and IPCC students at the ICAI Chennai where he was also incharge of Educational Administration, He Was heading the Southern Region of ICAI as Joint Secretary up to August 2007 . He is a practising lawyer specialising in Labour Laws, Corporate Laws and Service Tax. He also provides soft skills training to MBAs and others.

VIKAS KUMAR OSWAL is a qualified Chartered Accountant, & Company Secretary he also holds a Diploma in Information System Audit. He is a Practicing Chartered Accountant. Mrs Radhika has a teaching experience of more than 20years. She is an Econmics Teacher with a very reputed school in Chennai . She has also been teaching Economics for CA CPT students at a reputed academy in Chennai for the last 10 years. She is a resource person in Economics for CBSE, New Delhi and has conducted workshops in Economics for teachers of CBSE schools in Southern region.

Mr. S.N Gupta is an exceptionally Qualified Individual in the realm of Commerce in India. He is a Commerce Graduate from Delhi University (1990), Chartered (1993) & Cost Accountant from India and also possesses almost all Premier Qualification of Accounting & Auditing such as CPA, CMA, CFM, CISA, CIA, CFSA, CGAP, CCSA and CFE from United States of America. He has served on various senior positions for over 17 years in Accounting and related field in world’s the premier organizations such as AF Fergusons (now part of Deloitte), Ernst & Young, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (IMF Presence in the Middle East) and Central Bank of Oman.

Dr. Girish Ahuja did his graduation and post-graduation from Shri Ram College of Commerce and was a position holder. He got his Ph. D from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. He has been teaching Direct Taxes to students at various levels for more than 35 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and was placed in the merit list of both Intermediate and Final Examinations of the Institute. He is a senior faculty member of Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University) and also visiting faculty member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and various management institutes. He had been nominated by the Government to the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for two terms.
